By day I'm a Lead Platform Engineer; the rest of the time you'll find me sailing offshore. My journey to the sport was a bit different to most – there's not much professional yacht racing in Yorkshire. So instead, I've learnt to lean on the same instincts that have shaped my career: build a strong knowledge base; work through challenges logically; and focus on performance. This is home for the campaign, and for the handbook I'm building to help others along the way.
